 Nick and
Liz are married and come from Great Britain, they have been together
for seven years but have been friends and work colleagues for much
longer. They both share a love of sailing and the outdoor life. Whilst
working full time in England, all leisure time was spent" on
board their yacht cruising the Solent, South West England, Northern
France, the Channel Islands, Biscay and the Western Mediterranean.
Both are Royal Yacht Association Yacht Master commercially endorsed and hold an STCW95 qualification. In addition they have both qualified to Yacht Master Ocean Theory level, which enables them to navigate by the sun, moon and stars. From an early age Liz, was interested in food and worked initially in a restaurant kitchen helping with food preparation and presentation before moving on to a career in the Computer Industry. She loves preparing delicious food and entertaining. Liz will be pleased to tailor the menu to suit your preferences to ensure you enjoy every meal. Nick has been sailing since he was 10 years old and is never more
at home than when he is onboard. He is expert at barbecuing and
loves preparing tropical cocktails. As a qualified mechanical engineer,
he keeps the yacht maintained at peak condition to ensure that charters
run smoothly. |
